Meet Our Team

Dr. Nick Moon is Co-Founder and Principal Consultant of Management Nexus Insights and a professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology. He specializes in competency modeling, survey design, and assessment development.


With a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, he brings extensive experience in developing and validating surveys and assessments, ensuring organizations can accurately measure and manage talent. He has consulted with Fortune 100 organizations through his work at Aon, where he contributed to large-scale talent and assessment initiatives and helped organizations implement data-driven approaches to hiring, development, and performance management.

Dr. Arjun Mitra is Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at Management Nexus Insights, as well as a business professor. He specializes in organizational management, focusing on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, stakeholder alignment, and workplace culture.


With a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and an MBA, Dr. Mitra brings a unique blend of academic rigor and applied business insight. He has extensive experience designing and delivering consulting engagements, workshops, and technical reports for a range of public and private sector organizations. Prior to his academic career, he worked as a Business Intelligence Consultant at PwC, where he developed data-driven solutions to support strategic decision-making.
