At Management Nexus Insights, we're a PhD-led consulting firm that helps organizations navigate the changing world of work by strengthening manager engagement, stakeholder relationships, and organizational readiness for technological transformation.

Founded by Dr. Arjun Mitra and Dr. Nick Moon, we combine expertise in Organizational Behavior and Industrial-Organizational Psychology with applied consulting experience across nonprofits and major organizations, including PwC, Aon, and Target.
