ARJUN MITRA, PH.D.
Co-Founder & Professor of Organizational Behavior
Dr. Arjun Mitra is a Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at Management Nexus Insights, where he advises organizations on workplace culture, leadership, belonging, stakeholder engagement, and organizational effectiveness. As an organizational behavior scholar and management professor, Dr. Mitra brings a research-driven understanding of how leaders, employees, and stakeholders shape the everyday experience of work. His expertise is especially valuable for mission-driven organizations navigating questions of culture, communication, inclusion, decision-making, and change.
Dr. Mitra’s work focuses on helping organizations diagnose the deeper relational and cultural dynamics that influence employee experience, team performance, and stakeholder trust. He specializes in organizational culture and climate assessments, workplace belonging, inclusive leadership, psychological safety, team dynamics, employee and stakeholder engagement, and organizational change in hybrid and AI-driven work environments. His consulting approach emphasizes translating evidence-based research into practical, data-informed strategies that leaders can use to strengthen alignment, improve communication, and create healthier, more effective workplaces.
In addition to his consulting work, Dr. Mitra has extensive experience designing and delivering workshops and executive training on topics such as communication, inclusive leadership, conflict management, workplace belonging, stakeholder engagement, and organizational culture. His background as a professor allows him to make complex organizational science accessible and actionable for leaders, teams, and employees. He has taught and facilitated courses in organizational behavior, leadership, ethics, business strategy, human resources, and organizational design, and he has advised graduate students and early-career professionals across management and analytics programs.

NICK MOON, PH.D.
Co-Founder & Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology
Dr. Nick Moon is a Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at Management Nexus Insights, where he brings deep expertise in industrial-organizational psychology, people analytics, employee listening, competency modeling, workforce assessment, and organizational diagnostics. His work focuses on helping organizations make better people decisions by designing rigorous assessment systems, analyzing employee and stakeholder data, and translating complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
Dr. Moon has more than eight years of experience designing, deploying, and analyzing employee listening, workforce assessment, and organizational survey programs. He has led end-to-end survey operations, including survey design, logic and branching, deployment, backend data extraction, analysis, reporting, and stakeholder-ready insight development. His technical toolkit includes Qualtrics, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, SPSS, AMOS, and MPlus, along with mixed-method organizational diagnostics and advanced people analytics approaches.
Before co-founding Management Nexus Insights, Dr. Moon advised senior HR and business leaders across public- and private-sector clients as part of Aon’s Human Capital Solutions practice. In that role, he supported organizational effectiveness, workforce capability assessment, strategic workforce planning, job analysis, role clarity, restructuring, change management, and talent initiatives. He also developed dashboards, executive-ready reports, and insight narratives that helped leaders interpret survey and workforce data and use it to guide organizational decisions.
Dr. Moon’s expertise is especially valuable for organizations that want to strengthen their people systems but need more clarity about what to measure, how to measure it, and how to act on the results. His experience spans competency modeling, recruitment and selection systems, employee engagement surveys, culture diagnostics, leadership and training development, job analysis, strategic workforce planning, and program evaluation. He also brings practical talent experience from earlier roles in recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and team leadership, giving him a grounded understanding of how workforce systems operate in real organizational settings.
